Elliot Noss is the President and CEO of Tucows, a global internet services and telecommunications company. Since taking the helm in 2000, Noss has overseen the growth of Tucows Domains into the world’s largest wholesale domain registrar, serving millions of customers through a vast reseller network. Under his leadership, Tucows has become a diversified technology company that along with the Domains business, now includes Ting Internet, a fiber internet service focused on delivering high-speed connectivity to underserved communities, and Wavelo, a software platform that empowers telecom providers with modern, flexible tools to manage their businesses.
A passionate advocate for user privacy, net neutrality, and competition in digital markets, Noss has long been involved in internet governance and public policy. He has represented industry perspectives in organizations such as ICANN and continues to champion policies that protect end users and foster innovation.
