About the opportunity:

Account Managers are responsible for the day-to-day account management of Simply Bits customers: meeting face-to-face with customers, coordinating installations, leading business reviews, promoting new products and services into existing accounts, and renewing contracts.


  • Manage ongoing relationships with accounts to facilitate their satisfaction with our services
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales documentation to customers and/or internal departments to facilitate the sales process
  • Touch base with assigned accounts on a routine basis through email, phone or in-person
  • Meet with and coordinate with assigned outside sales Account Executive on day-to-day activities
  • Work with clients to understand and identify their strategic vision, objectives, and needs while aligning our products and services where business opportunities exist
  • Work with support and sales engineering to determine the best solution for our customers
  • Maintain accurate and timely customer records
  • Other duties as assigned

A bit about you:

  • College degree preferred
  • Quantifiable experience and success in sales and account management, preferably within the telecommunications industry
  • Minimum of 2 years B2B inside sales or account management
  • Curiosity about and/or aptitude for understanding use of technology in business environment
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and/or decision maker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be team oriented and comfortable collaborating with staff
  • Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, with experience working in a CRM application
  • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance

Other requirements:

  • This position will require the ability to work both remotely and in office

  • Ability to drive between company office and service areas, both existing and prospective, as assigned
