After downloading the trial version I felt this program looked like something I could really use so I offered up my credit card and was promptly charged $32. I did not receive any order confirmation email so I sent a request asking for one.
What I got instead was a very Nasty Email from a guy named Steve Philipp at Heuristx telling me that I am suppose to wait 24 hours before I can ask any questions or even get a confirmation email. Apparently they had no trouble hitting my credit card for the full amount with-in 5 minutes.
Furthermore, Steve told me that I had to remove/cancel my inquiry email (no instructions on how to do that) before Heuristx would send me the registration unlock keys. Not knowing how to do this I waited an additional 48 hours hoping they would send me what I paid for. They never did.
