@dg12, I do understand that the visual site designer has a lot of functions to learn how to use. Most of the people that have trouble with the program are not taking the time to view the help file that is included with the program. I also had a difficult time at first figuring out how to use the functions. But once you take the time to learn it, all works just fine.
I agree that it is not for all people and many people want the world handed to them on a silver plate for a small price.
Many problems with loosing links or files that have added to the web site is due to not having the files in the proper directory for safe keeping with the web site files.
The support is excellent as far as I can tell. I have asked questions and had members of the CoffeeCup community help me every time. And believe me, they will stay with you until the issue is solved. The site also has a personal support area where you can get help from the folks that work there too.
I will have to give this program a 10 for ease of use, long trial period, low price for the registered version, free upgrades for life, re-download the software at any time in the future for any reason and ability to install on 3 computers so you can use it at work, on the laptop, and the home pc. The great support I have received from the CoffeeCup people also makes a huge difference, and the support is free too.
