This is collection of tools for processing word lists and text files. Its main goal is to create dictionaries.

You can browse and search in any standard encoding including decomposition and BIDI. This can also extract words and calculate letter and word frequencies.
This allows for flexible word definition and filtering along with visual and logical order conversion for RTL scripts. It has simple spell checking and tagging and can create highly compressed dictionaries including tags, definitions and pictures.
You can compare, add and delete functions over dictionaries. This also provides for global assignment of tags and extraction of subsets through selected tags.
