This is a program for sending text messages.
The text message is typed in a normal window and must be less than 160 characters.
The program dials a GMS carrier, which will transmit the message to the GMS mobile. SMS waits for an acknowledgment from the GMS cellular. If the GMS cellular is not accessible, the message is saved by the GMS carrier, and retransmitted later.
