EasyLife lets you save your files to the desktop and then automatically puts them into whatever directory you designate.
Just click the Open Task Window in the Menu Bar and that will open the small "EasyLife" window where you'll click to perform your tasks. The Preference option lets you assign tasks.
The documentation contains more detailed information about how to use all the options in the program, or, just try the program out and discover the features on your own.
Requirements: EasyLife is fully compatible from System 7.5 (with Appearance Manager installed) to MacOS 9.
