Have you noticed that when you're using MacOS 8.5, when you hold down the command key in a folder's window - or in the application palette - that the cursor changes to a nice hand that reminds you of Mickey Mouse's glove?
Mickey Hand just uses that cursor in a great bunch of applications that were designed before OS 8.5, and that used black and white hands.
