This application allows the user to use templates and subtemplates without the need for a database.
It is search engine-friendly and proxy-friendly, which means that both search engines and proxies won't distinguish the pages generated with phpCMS from static HTML pages. phpCMS is cross-platform for both Windows and UNIX users.
